I live in the occupied city of Taiwan, there lives a busier, faster than life in the United Kingdom. I work and study, so I always something. Anxiety, relax, and I think I'm wasting time. Headache and my stomach was not good last year. It is only fair and the unstable period. Doctor says I think too much. I do not know what to do. I hear he is aware that foreigners have stomach problems, such as the lifestyle is different. any advice please?
